We verify your service, validate your training, and fund your execution. Every step is documented, every dollar tracked.

Process

  1. 01
    Submit a request

    Tell us who you are, what training or certification you want to pursue, and your timeline. Include the specific course or program name, the provider, and the cost. The more detail, the faster we move.

  2. 02
    Service verification

    We verify your military service status. Active reservist, reservist spouse, or honorably discharged within 2 years. You will need to provide proof of active service - DD-214, reserve unit orders, or military ID. No exceptions.

  3. 03
    Training validation

    We validate the training program you selected. Is the course accredited? Does it lead to an industry-recognized certification? Is the provider legitimate? We confirm the program, cost, schedule, and expected job outcome before any funding is approved.

  4. 04
    Funding + milestones

    Once approved, funding is tied to clear milestones - enrollment confirmation, course progress checkpoints, and certification completion. You execute. We track. Funding is released in stages, not all at once.

  5. 05
    Career launch

    Training complete, certification earned. We support your job search with resume assistance, interview prep, and connections to our employer partners. Your outcome is documented and tracked for 6 months post-placement.
