How We Track

EVERY DOLLAR HAS A PAPER TRAIL.

Funding is never released all at once. It's tied to milestones, enrollment confirmation, course progress checkpoints, and exam completion. No milestone, no funding release.

Our budget is transparent: 70% mission delivery, 30% admin and operations to ensure verification, accountability, and reporting are done right.

Every applicant is tracked from submission through job placement. We document what they applied for, what was funded, when they completed, and where they landed.

We publish aggregate outcome data quarterly. No cherry-picking. No vague success stories. Numbers only.

Stage 01
Application & Verification
Service status is verified before approval. Eligible: Active Reservists and spouses, plus recently separated service members (within 2 years, honorable discharge).
Stage 02
Program Validation
Training program confirmed as accredited, outcome-linked, and cost-appropriate before approval.
Stage 03
Milestone Funding
Funding released in stages. Enrollment confirmed first, then remaining funds tied to completion.
Stage 04
6-Month Placement Tracking
Post-certification placement is tracked for 6 months. That's the outcome standard.
