As we approach 2025, Foxtrot Oscar Victor (FOV) is more dedicated than ever to supporting our nation's veterans on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency. Our mission is clear: to address the unique challenges veterans face as they transition to civilian life by offering compassionate, respectful, and lasting assistance. In 2025, we plan to expand our efforts and build upon the success we’ve seen in the previous years, all while staying true to our goal of empowering veterans to rebuild their lives.

A Continued Commitment to Comprehensive Support

In 2025, FOV will continue to provide essential services that veterans need most—housing assistance, employment readiness, and crisis relief. By addressing both immediate and long-term needs, we aim to give veterans the support they require to regain their footing and find lasting stability. Our mission remains focused on helping veterans overcome barriers such as unemployment, homelessness, and mental health struggles, ensuring they have the resources to thrive.

Achieving New Milestones in 2025

Building on our 2024 goals, we are setting ambitious objectives for 2025. Our goal is to provide support to over 1,500 veterans, helping them achieve an average salary increase of 25% while maintaining a 95% client satisfaction rate. We are also focused on enhancing the lives of veterans' families, aiming to put 2,000 children into school, ensuring that the next generation is given the opportunities they deserve. These targets reflect our ongoing commitment to improving the lives of veterans and their families.

Expanding Our Impact through Partnerships

Looking ahead, FOV will focus on expanding our partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies. By collaborating with local businesses to create job opportunities and offering mentorship programs, we can ensure that veterans have the tools they need to succeed in their careers. In addition to this, we will continue to advocate for veterans' rights and work to build a more supportive network for families and communities.
